QA Engineer

    JOB DESCRIPTIONS

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
      • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure the quality of our software products.
      • Identify, document, and track software defects, and work closely with developers to ensure their timely resolution.
      • Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to validate system behavior and performance.
      • Create and maintain test data and environments to support testing activities.
      • Participate in requirements reviews, and design reviews to provide input on testability and quality.
      • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process by suggesting new tools, techniques, and best practices.


      Nice-to-have Requirements



        • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
        • Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role in an IT environment.
        • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
        • Proficiency in using Jira for issue tracking and project management.
        • Experience with Postman or similar API testing tools.
        •  Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
        • Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
        • Familiarity with test automation frameworks and scripting languages is a plus.
        • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
        • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
        • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
